if you step away from the green screen it won't look like you shot on one, or add back lights to seperate the green on the side of your face... kinda too long, and why do you look so mad throughout the whole video?

YoungM's right about the backlighting: the ideal setup is 1x bright on one side of the face, 1.5x bright on the other, and 2x backlighting. And, sorry, dude: if the lure is academic networking, the spokesperson ought to look attractive or intelligent, or both and, frankly, you don't fill the bill either way...
