Is it possible divide the Logo from the Tagline "Launch Your Creativity” ?

You may split the logo from the tagline, but both must appear in the video.

i.e. Pal/ntsc, widescreen or regular , pixel aspect ratio... or is there no preference?

We have no preference on most of these issues. For now use NTSC. Our future clients may have other preferences, so look for this information in their guidelines.

On the current assignments page, it says Age: 25-44. Is everyone else not allowed to do this one?

That is a general demographic audience age range for the target audience, not a restriction for the creators.
